Of course Louis sent the telegram to his friend Sam and Sam flew to Philadelphia to help secure Serena’s freedom. They finally worked out a deal to let Serena stay free, however, Louis promised to give an egg from Serena’s nest to the zoo when she laid them. Louis and Serena left the zoo and flew back to Red Rock Lake where they were welcomed by Louis’s family.
