First Night and the kick off of our third “One Book, One Billerica” is almost here. The Trumpet of the Swan by E.B. White is the selection for this year. It is the story of a swan named Louis who knows how to read and write but is voiceless. His determination to learn to play a stolen trumpet takes him far from his wilderness home.
